Great store go there for bike maintenance sales and quality and it's local
This is a community oriented bike shop. They put themselves in their customers shoes, I break my bike a lot and I don't hesitate to bring it to Bicycle Express. Everyone is super nice and helpful.
This is a bike shop that wants to make sure you get the perfect bike for you, not the bike they want to sell you. The staff was super patient when I asked them a million questions and really listened to what I wanted in a new bike. Walked away with exactly what I wanted for a great price. Totally worth driving the extra hour versus going to some of the bike shops closer to me.
I can't say enough good about this shop! Noah not only got a very hard to find Kona in for my son, his customer service and knowledge were outstanding! I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!
My grandsons bike needed repairs in a hurry as he is at bike camp. Noah and Matt did a fine job of repairing and tuning the bike even though we pressured them to rush. "They take pride in their work," my grandson said. That is true. They know and love bikes and biking. It's good having a trustworthy local bike shop in the community. We will go back.
